လူမိုက်တို့သည် သူတစ်ပါးတို့၏ အခွင့်အာဏာကိုသာ တိုင်တည်အသံုးချ၍ မိမိကိုယ်ကို တာဝန်မှ​ကင်းေစ​၏။ သူတို့သည် စိတ်ချယံုြကည်မှုနှင့် မထိုက်တန်ေချ။

လူေတာ်တို့မှာမူ ေြခာက်ြပစ်ကင်း သေဘာတရားများက်ိုသာ ရရှိရန်ြကိုးပမ်းြက၏။ ယင်းမှာ​ေကာင်းမွန်ဟန်​ရှိေသာ်လည်း လက်ေတွ့ကျဟန်မတူေချ။ သူတို့သည်လည်း မှိီခိုအားထားထိုက်သည် မဟုတ်ေသး။

ပညာရှိတို့မှာကား လူတိုင်းကို ညီညွတ်ေပါင်းစည်းေစလျက် လက်ေတွ့တွင် ြဖစ်နိုင်ေြခရှိေသာ အတိုင်း​အတာ​နှင့် အညီသာ ြပုမူေဆာင​်ရွက်၏။ သူတုိ့သည် မှီခိုအားထားြခင်း၊ ယံုြကည်စိတ်ချြခင်းတို့နှင့် အထိုက်ဆံုးြဖစ်၏။

The foolish always cite the authority of others, Disconnecting themselves from any responsibility. They are not trustworthy.

The clever seek the ideal; It sounds good but seems impractical. They are not yet reliable.

The wise act upon practicality Bringing everbody together. They are the most reliable and trustworthy.
